Installation Concerns
If you have any concerns about how your finish was installed, your pool contractor is the best place to start. Installation-related issues are covered under their separate workmanship warranty, and they will connect with the Certified Applicator to begin the claim process for you. If you worked directly with a Certified Applicator, you can reach out to them anytime, and they’ll guide you through the next steps.

Register Your Warranty
Once your pool project is complete, please register your warranty here within 60 days. For any warranty claim to be considered, the warranty must be registered and validated that a certified Wet Edge installer installed the finish.
